| As Cynthia said its more then likely the bulb as run its course. I would still repot to the smallest size pot that will allow for one years new growth. Make sure you use a fast draining mix. When you take the plant out to repot, I would cut off the old bulb, them sprinkle cinnamon on the cut to keep it safe from infection. Reduce the light for a week or two then let it grow.
