| How fun - your first orchid show! Once you have been to one there is NO turning back!! It's sort of like going to Disneyland for the first time. I have two coming up, a local 'Fascination of Orchids' show and another in Santa Barbara shortly after that. The SB growers have their open houses on the same dates as the show so I can go CRAZY!! Focus this year: Laelias, Oncidium 'Sherry Baby' and mini catts. I am sure it will something else NEXT year!
Tip: wear a fanny pack to keep your hands free and to make it easy for the money to just fly out randomly at will.
