Gromit's Mom is on a distinguished road
Container question.

Hello,

I'm brand new to orchid growing, but I'm an experienced gardener so I'm hoping I won't kill my new plants.

I was given two phalaenopsis, 'Wedding Promenade' and 'amabailis' for Christmas along with a container. The ceramic pot is glazed on the inside and outside and has holes on all four sides of it. My question is: is this the correct pot to use with this variety of orchid, would I be better off just using a clear container?

My problem is the person who gave me the pot will notice if I don't put the orchids in the pot he gave me. Sigh...

Thanks for your help,

Barb
