You guys certainly give off a good vibe and I've already been helped with my alot with my first ID help thread. It was an exotic and I don't have an exotic key.

I actually don't grow any Fred, largely because I back bush and several species grow naturally in my "backyard".
I'm a self-taught botanist, so generally don't have too much trouble identifying native orchids.
I'll post some pics as they come into flower.
