Your orchid is Bllra Tahoma Glacier. It is an intergeneric Oncidium alliance hybrid. It's care is the same as any Oncidium. 2500 foot candles of light (more than a Phalaenopsis less than an Dendrobium or Cattleya)

Beallara (Brlla) is a cross of Brassia x Chochlioda x Miltonia x Odontoglossum

I find it hard to agree that the flowers are bland. Give it a few years and when you have 5-6 flower sprays with 8-10 flowers on each you will understand the appeal of this orchid.
