 Phal with big leaves and hardly any roots
Hi everyone. I'm new and in need of some help. I have a phal that has huge green healthy leaves but do to my OCD of overwatering, the roots have almost completely rotted away. My poor phal has but one root left and is clinging to dear life. I have recently soaked it in superthrive and it is currently just sitting in a bag (with holes) with some bark. I am not sure what to do except wait. I can use some advice, like how long do I keep it in the bag and how long before the phal gives off new roots (if any) or am I looking at a lost cause.
