Help! Epiphytic or Terrestrial?
Hi Everybody,
I'm informally researching hardy epiphytic orchids and downloaded a lengthy list of orchids that I found on the Global Biodiversity Information Facility website. Unfortunately there was no way to filter out the terrestrials from the list and I spent a day trying to figure out whether around 2600 orchid species were epiphytic or terrestrial. There were around 100 species that I had trouble with and I've posted them here in the hopes that the collective knowledge might help figure out whether they are epiphytic, terrestrial, saprophytic or lithophytic. Not sure if it helps but I linked the orchids to the search result for that orchid on the GBIF website.
I plan on posting the results of my research online and if you would like to receive an e-mail when it's up feel free to PM me your e-mail address.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
