Yellow after the name is usually a notation from the grower as the to color form. It is very common on Phalaenopsis tags, where the name is less important. While Dendrobium lasianthera has varied color forms I have never seen a yellow.

It is a growers notation that may not be correct. It is not a scientific part of the name.
