Yeah the temp ranges on Jay's are pretty messed up though. I wouldn't use them. A orchid that requires a minimum winter nighttime temp of 75F, that's a hot growing orchid, no doubt. Jay's IOSPE isn't intended (by his own admission) to be an authoritative source.

As I previously posted, the commonly accepted tamp ranges are:

Cold - 50F or below (10C or below) minimum temp
Cool - 50-55F (10-13C) minimum temp
Intermediate - 55-65F (13-18C) minimum temp
Warm - 65-70F (18-21C) minimum temp
Hot - above 70C (above 21C) minimum temp

These are the ranges I see in most orchid growing books and with minor variations are the ones commonly accepted by authors and experts.
