| Like Joe notes, no return of the leaves on previously grown pseudobulbs. The new growths should all come in normally with good leaves. You should have at least two years worth of pseudobulbs left with leaves. Also good question of Joe - possibly root rot? Any possibility you have been overwatering or not draining adequately? Did the last (newest) pseudobulbs you have on the plant send out spikes and bloom or did they loose their leaves too before blooming? Another possibility - did it even send out new growth since its last blooming?
