I have few species phals myself - but generally read that they typically want WARMER conditions than your general hybrid phals - 70-85 (warmer is better) with minimums of 60 at night. They typically bloom in late summer. They can do great under lights along with your other phals and paphs. Your plant appears to be a vigorous type that can potentially grow into a nice large specimen fairly quickly. Enjoy! (I would like one myself!).
