Often times the orchids you buy in bloom (especially those bought at places like department stores or home improvement stores) have been forced to bloom out of season for the market. It may be that your orchid was out of season and now is it blooming in season. It may also be that your plants likes the conditions you're giving it. Whatever the case, keep up the good work!
