| Can you give us some more info on its growing habits? If its a nobile type or, needs a rest in autumn/winter, it may mean it wont grow all year round, so wont be so helpful at putting out new roots.
If its got no roots, you may want to keep it at its summer temps day and night, and give it good light sources, and light fertilizer, in the hope of tricking it into thinking its spring maybe so it will make new growth and roots.
i wouldn't advice that unless you were desperate, I'm sure someone here has a better idea.
