I've bought quite a few orchids on ebay and have always been very lucky with my purchases. I went onto the site to look up this Cattleya and don't recognize the sellers, which doesn't mean they're not reputable. Ebay has a rating system which you probably know and the feedback for each seller can sometimes make or break a deal.
There are also numerous orchid websites too where you can search for this. Just a few that I can recommend:
