| If you are used to phals most other orchids will have a shorter bloom season - some significantly. I have a similar plant that started with its first open bloom last week. It has one more bud to yet open. Once they are all open the "show" usually lasts about two weeks for me. The older pseudobulbs usually have yellowing leaves that drop during the fall (at least my experience) - you should have three years of growth or so that keep leaves. Enjoy! mike |
