| Arlene how long have they been out of the flask? If you can post a picture to get an idea as to how big the seedlings are it would be helpful. if they look like they are doing well I would rinse then in room temp water till the auger is off, then put them in a diluted bath of Physan 20 for about 10 minutes then place them on a paper towel while you setup a new pot with fresh mix don’t use anything from the old pot. For the first month I water all new seedlings with Physan once a week. You should be fine at that point.hope this helps
