Well Pikevi, you stumped me!
At first, I thought it might be one of the Aji Dulce (from Venezuela), mild peppers or perhaps an Aji Cathucha (from Cuba, mild), but can't be certain. In fact, it has an outer space "ship" appearance. It's very interesting, but odd. If you can get the pepper to mature and taste it, let us know if it's mild or hot. Then I'll send more P.I.'s out there.
