Looks like a pretty bad bacterial infection. I'm not sure if the ones in the pictures can be saved, but do isolate them immediately far, far away from the others. If you want to try to save these, I'd recommend spraying them thoroughly with a Phyton 27 solution (not Physan 20, as that is not a systemic treatment) after cutting off the worst parts. You also want to do a preventative spraying of any other plants that were near these.

Also use Physan 20 or a bleach solution to clean plant tables and shelves.
