| It does look like a new bottom shoot which is unusual on a already flowering plant.
Look closely at the plant where it comes from the pot and see if it has two leaving sections. If as I guess the grower put two plants in the same pot and the second plant is now flowering.
Either way twice the flowers twice the pleasure.
