yes, some florists dye their orchids, for reasons that utterly escape me... anyhoo, the only true blue orchids i've seen are certain vandas:

and of course now i can't find any pictures. but i've seen some of them in real life--they're actually blue, not purple, as are the "blue" ones in this link:
