| Hi and welcome to the forum Bernie. I also prefer plastic pots as well. The clay
pots allow the medium to dry out more quickly and unless you're inclined to
overwatering, then plastic is the way to go. Also as Sharyn mentioned, clay
pots tend to accumulate salts in the walls which can lend to root burn. |
