You've got a nice branching Phalaenopsis there. It looks like you've done some staking to support the break? Since the break does not appear to be all the way through the stem you may be ok. You may loose some buds but others may go on to bloom. Certainly you haven't caused any long-term damage to your plant. Even if you loose this spike, you can grow another. Let's just be patient for now and see how it goes. I'm not sure there's much more oyu can do.
