| My original aim at Uni was to be a botanist/field taxonomist. Eventually I realized that field taxonomy doesn't pay for beans... Of course, I'm still interested in plant biology, but I eventually changed my major to clinical psychology. My one bit of advice, as a senior to an incoming freshman: don't be afraid to be a general studies major for a while and give yourself the opportunity to explore other options. You may find something else that really catches your interest. Personally, I should've changed majors at least three semesters before I did. Now, I'm looking at two years as a senior... But que sere. Shoot for your dreams, but allow room for the dreams to change, if need be.
