I visited the folks at Our Vital Earth today since it's only about a 40 minute drive away from my home and wanted to get the 2 for 1 special they are running until the 31st of the month. They are very nice people and the worm farm is quite interesting. Anyway, before they took the bottles off the shelf I saw them twisting the caps closed. I asked why. The worm tea when being stored, needs have the cap UNCLOSED, to allow the microbes which are aerobic to "breathe". Also, they are very photosensitive and watering or spraying needs to be done in the evening since the sun will destroy the microbes. I tried to tell them the rationale of not watering in the evening to no avail, lol. Just thought I would pass this information on.
