| What do I do with a seed capsule
I have a small white Phalaenopsis which seems to have a seed capsules growing on 2 of dying flowers. I've got a book about Orchids and it has a photo of a Phal seed pod but doesn't really say how long to wait before harvesting the seeds.
I attempted to cross a really pretty light pink Phal with my white one but the I couldn't get the pollen to stick. I assumed it wouldn't work. I must have done something right no?
Anyways, I am not sure what to do now. How long do I wait before harvesting the see? What do I do with the seed?
Any or all help would be appreciated. |
