Technically "standard," "intermediate," and "miniature" refer to the size of the flowers but it stands to follow that a gigantimongous plant like that will (or at least should) have large flowers thereby making it a standard.

In my collection of cymbidiums I have only one truly standard size. The plants are just so huge and take up so much room. In all fairness my standard does have 3 spikes this year, so it is trying make itself worth the space it is taking up.
