Wow, 13 mistakes on only 7 tags. That has to be a record.
Maybe your orchid doctor is going out of business because he/she couldn't write out a correct tag to save his/her life (or business)? In all fairness though the other plant names (the non-slippers) all appear to be correct thought I havn't checked for spelling.

You've got some great crosses there! I can't wait to see them flowering!
