Putting it in proper light/conditions is about all you can do. A leaf won't regenerate itself like our skin will when we get sunburned. All it can do is grow new leaves. Give the plant good culture (download a culturesheet form aos.org if you haven't already) and hopefully it will recover by growing some new leaves.
