No it does not. The name change only applies to Colmanaras which contained one of 2 species Miltonia schroederiana and Miltonia warscewiczii which were renamed Oncidium schroederianum, and Oncidium fuscatum respectively. Colmanara Wildcat contained Miltonia warscewiczii, now Oncidium fuscatum. As Colmanara contains Miltonia + Oncidium + Odontoglossum and as the Miltonia in the mix is no longer a Miltonia, but now an Oncidium, the cross now only contains Odontoglossum and Oncidium which makes it Odontocidium.

Here is a list of hybrids affected by the change. Colmanaras not on this list remain Colmanaras.
