| mswmom, I wouldn't worry about the plant or the blooms if everything is as you say it is. As noted, that bloom is probably the one most affected. Since you didn't indicate when you bought your phal or where, though, beware of "bud blast." This often happens when a plant which has unopened blooms (buds) is stressed. It went from a grower where conditions were right and the plant bloomed, to wherever you bought it from where conditions were not right, to your place (it's third in it's young life) where conditions hopefully are right again. This stress/multiple changes in environment MAY cause it to drop it's buds ("blast"). If so, while it's a shame to loose blooms, it will bloom again, probably the beginning of next year. Enjoy.
