Hi Tom, the roots being two inches it looks large enough to pot on. When you cut it from the stem try and do as little damage as possible to the stem ( use a very sharp,sterile blade ) and be very careful with the roots as sometimes they tend to be brittle. Put it in whatever media you have found good for the rest of your plants and keep it moist. Don't fertilize until it is established. Good luck with it.
