Hello Orchid Geeks. I am an Orchid Newbie.

I am preparing for my first orchids. Trying to get things set up before I bring home my first victims, er .... orchids. I want them to have a happy home, not come here to be killed with kindness and ignorance. Been reading lots of posts here and on the web. Getting quite confused. So, I posted some questions in the Newbie Questions section. Can't wait for some responses.

I wonder if there are any geeks living in the Northern VA or Eastern WV area. I'd like your help in finding a nursery with orchid knowledge and supplies. I'm looking for a place where I can go to purchase supplies and my first orchid. Or maybe someone has a favorite website for supplies.
