It looks as if it might have been recently mounted on the tree fern - the roots are not really gripping the mount as they would if it had been growing on it for a long time. It could be that the process of adapting to the mount and your conditions is stressing the flowers. I'm not a big fan of tree fern for mounting phals - I prefer cork. I think it takes longer for the roots to adapt to tree fern - no idea why. Tree fern dries out really quickly if the weather is warm, so watering daily is probably fine. You might try soaking the whole plant and mount in water just to give it a boost. The flowers on your plant are really nice. An interesting thing about Phal parishii is that when the flowers are pollinated they turn a yellow-orange color. Instead of shriveling, they stay fresh looking for over a month, so the same plant can have white and orange flowers on it.
