| Hello and welcome to the forum. Do you know what kind of orchid you have? Is there a tag in it? Was it in bloom when you received it? If so maybe take a look at the orchid identification thread and see if there's anythign there that looks like it.
Different kinds of orchids require different care so to give the most useful info it's helpful to know what kind of orchid we're talking about.
