KMNO4-potassium permanganate-used (rarely nowadays) as an
antiseptic(oxidant)
N2O - Nitrous Oxide (Laughing gas)- used to be used as an anaesthetic (pain killer)
Lidocaine( der. of novocaine ) - used by dentists as local anaesthetic( nerve blocks).
