| I am not saying I am corrct, but if it were mine, I'd definitely pot on into a pot around 3" wider to allow for the extra growth that is occurring.
Potting on is when you lift the whole plant out of the old pot, not disturb the root ball and put into the larger pot and then place potting mix around the edges between the pot and roots to keep it stable.
