Until you find something, you may want to use straight hydrogen peroxide for the bacterial control. Also, triple antibiotic cream from the pharmacy. For the fungus, you might want to use a teaspoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a quart of water, with a couple of drops of dish liquid as a spreader-sticker. This works both indoors and outdoors, particularly black spot on roses. I hope you hear from a fellow Aussie. If not, try the Gardenweb.com forum, I know at least one Aussie posts there.
